Return & Refund Policy

We understand the nature of an online business. Hence, we provide you the following options to ensure that you are comfortable with your purchase;

1) The customer can exchange the purchased product for a more appropriate size of the same design (subject to its availability).

2) The customer can request a refund (less the cost of delivery) as long as the product is returned in its ORIGINAL condition including original packaging, brand labels and tags. The Returned item must also be unaltered, clean and unlaundered.

For a REFUND (less the cost of delivery) to be processed, the customer SHOULD;
Make a formal request via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of product.
Return the purchased item to Moda by Maryam office in Abuja within 10 working days from receipt of product and receive a Return Acceptance receipt as acknowledgement.

For an EXCHANGE to be processed, the customer SHOULD;
Make a formal request via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of product.
Return the purchased item to Moda by Maryam office in Abuja within 10 working days from receipt of product and receive the exchanged item in return.

Please note that discount, sale and promo items cannot be returned.


REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 working days
